20ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
A Few Slices of Fresh Ginger

METHOD
Shake all of the ingredients without ice to begin with (dry shake) allowing the egg whites to fully mix into the other ingredients. Next add the ice and shake altogether to froth the egg whites.
Strain into a chilled glass.
