While there's a bunch of great things to look forward to this year, there’s one upcoming milestone that the whole team is more than a little excited about, whisky time!

With our equipment arriving in the early spring, we’re all counting down the days until we can unwrap those shiny new stills and watch them be lowered into place at Nunton. These gleaming beauties will be the heart and soul of our whisky production, transforming our carefully selected, machair-grown, heritage bere barley into the liquid gold that will fill our first ever casks.

If you weren’t lucky enough to get your hands on a cask early last year (and selling out faster than a seagull after a bag of chips, it's no surprise that many missed out) we have great news, our Year 2 cask offer will be going live in the coming weeks.
